Morgan Browne – Assistant Head Teacher (Enterprise, Behaviour, Attitudes and Personal Development) Head o Year 11

Morgan studied English Literature and Philosophy at Cardiff University. Following this, he spent a year teaching English in a small town in Argentina before joining the Teach First leadership programme. He completed his PGCE whilst working at Harlington School in Hayes and is in the process of completing his NPQSL through the School Leaders Programme. 

Morgan is passionate about addressing educational disadvantage and believes developing students' enterprising behaviours, in and out of the classroom, is the best way to drive social mobility. As careers lead Morgan is excited at the prospect of tapping into the vast array of talent in our community to give all our students opportunities to excel and make a difference in the world.
